Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Ascona sunglasses. If something is not right, you have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or a refund.

How to start a return.  Email shopAscona@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. We reply within 2 working days with the return address and next steps. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back.

Return window.  30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Condition.  Items must be unused, in resaleable condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Who pays return postage.  For change-of-mind returns you cover the cost of return postage. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items.  If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover everything. Email us within 30 days with a photo and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any return postage.

Refunds.  Once we receive and check your return, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Cancellations.  Email us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped it falls under the returns process above.

Your statutory rights.  These terms do not affect your legal rights. UK customers have the right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations; our 30-day window is offered in addition to this.
