Shipping policy

We ship worldwide with free tracked delivery on every order.

Processing time.  Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days.

Delivery estimates.  After dispatch, typical delivery windows are:

•    United Kingdom: [5 to 8] business days

•    United States: [7 to 12] business days

•    Australia: [7 to 14] business days

 

Tracking.  You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Where your order ships from.  Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our production partner, so delivery can take a little longer than a local warehouse. We use tracked services so you can follow your parcel the whole way.

Customs and duties.  For orders outside the UK, import duties or taxes may be charged by your country on arrival. These are set by your local customs authority and are the customer's responsibility.

Address accuracy.  Please check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund.
