These terms apply to your use of shopascona.com and to any order you place with us.

Products and descriptions.  We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can vary slightly between screens. Our fit-over sunglasses are designed to sit over most standard prescription and reading glasses; fit is not guaranteed for every frame, which is why we offer 30-day returns.

Prices and payment.  Prices are shown at checkout, in your local currency where available, and include taxes as displayed. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers.

Orders.  Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your confirmation. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is unavailable or a genuine pricing error has occurred.

Intellectual property.  All content on this site, including text, images and logos, belongs to Ascona or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Liability.  We are not liable for losses that are not a foreseeable result of our breach, or for use of the product contrary to guidance. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law.  These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Changes.  We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page applies to your order.
